I’m Melissa ...

I’m a Registered Health & Nutrition Counselor (HCA-RHNC™) and Educator, (MEd.). Plus, I have a background in and extensive professional development training in Religious Studies (B.A.), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, and Yoga practice and philosophy (YTT 200+). I specialize in Holistic Health & Wellness because I've seen and experienced how responding to our wellness needs empowers us to thrive and live as our highest, optimal selves.
Having battled perfectionism, burn-out, and anxiety myself, I'm committed to using my journey as a means to support and uplift others in theirs.
Through compassion, humour, spirituality, and evidence-based practices, I aim to help people recognize their worth and power to transform challenges into meaningful growth.
